How To Link To A Full-Screen YouTube Video
Aug 26, 2014Web and InternetComments (16)
There are two ways to link to the full-screen version of a YouTube video. The first is using the popup player (now called the embed player), and the second is using YouTube's new TV-optimized website.
Use either of these web addresses (URLs) to go directly to a full-screen version of the video using traditional YouTube controls. The first one is preferred as the second will just redirect to the first:
Replace VIDEOID with the YouTube video ID you want to use. The player will look like this:
YouTube has a TV-optimized version of their website available at https://www.youtube.com/tv. This is a full-screen experience that is optimized for mouse-less controls. Videos play in full screen by default. You can take advantage of this by linking directly to a full-screen video with this web address (URL):

The embed code open the video for the 1st time but after didn't play it says video unavailable .. But the tv code is working 100% fine .. Thanks for your help .. This is the link which i got from my client to be converted in full window/screen link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=92tH5C0YU78 https://www.youtube.com/tv#/watch?v=92tH5C0YU78
https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEOID?rel=0&autoplay=1 No related videos at the end and auto start... ;-)
Neither of these do what is claimed. This does not play full screen, just full browser window, and the /v/ syntax is deprecated and will eventually break in some future update.
Is there a way to create a link that takes you to a full screen video that is supported by mobile phones?
Thank you YouTube
Can you force to play in landscape mode or fullscreen for device?

Is there a way to do this with YouTube's short link?
